Breakdowns happen - but not every issue needs a tow. Here’s what our mobile techs can usually resolve within 90 minutes from arrival in the Lehigh Valley, plus what to expect when you call dispatch.

1. Air Leaks & No Build

   We locate leaks with ultrasonic/soap, replace ruptured hoses, fix glad-hand seals, governor valves, and most brake chambers on the spot. Goal: safe release and stable pressure to get rolling.

2. No-Start / Electrical

   Jump-starts with commercial boosters, battery load testing, cleaning and tightening connections, replacing failed alternators/starters we stock for common platforms.

3. Fuel Problems

   Prime fuel systems, replace clogged filters, thaw gelled fuel with approved additives and heated lines, and clear minor air-in-fuel issues.

4. Sensor & DEF/Aftertreatment Faults

   Clear derates caused by failed NOx/DPF pressure sensors or DEF quality sensors when parts are on the truck; perform parked regens after repair if safe to do roadside.

5. Wheel Ends & Brakes

   Replace wheel seals, adjust brakes, swap slacks, and free stuck pins when safe roadside. If deeper hub work is needed, we’ll get you to the shop first.

6. Cab Comfort & Visibility

   Restore wipers, washer pumps, defrost issues, and simple HVAC electrical faults to keep drivers safe in bad weather.

What Requires a Tow

Engine internal failures, major coolant loss, broken leaf springs, frame issues, or locked-up wheel ends will be stabilized roadside and routed to our shop bays to keep you safe and compliant.
