1. MID 130 / SID 231 (Clutch Control)

   Symptoms: harsh starts, won’t engage gear, clutch overheat message. We check clutch cylinder travel, inspect for oil contamination, verify software calibration, and replace worn clutch actuators when needed.

2. MID 144 / PSID 204 (Shift Motor Range Sensor)

   Indicates range position mismatch. We scope the sensor, check harness chafing near the gearbox, confirm gear selector updates, and relearn with Vocom/Tech Tool after repair.

3. MID 136 / FMI 8 (Battery Voltage Low to TCM)

   Often caused by corroded battery cables or weak grounds. We load-test batteries, voltage-drop test supply and grounds, and clean/torque connectors to spec.

4. MID 130 / SID 67 (Input Shaft Speed Sensor)

   Loss of speed signal can trigger limp. We pull the sensor, inspect tone ring debris, measure air gap, and replace sensor with OEM part; then perform a clutch adaptation.

5. MID 130 / PPID 270 (Gearbox Oil Temperature)

   Over-temp can be fluid quality or cooler flow. We sample fluid, check for metal, verify cooler lines, and reset adaptations after replacing fluid and filters with the correct spec.

6. “Clutch Wear” Warning

   We measure remaining clutch thickness, review start-gear settings for duty cycle, and advise on driving habits for heavy stop-and-go. If near limit, we schedule clutch pack replacement to avoid roadside failure.
